My name is Hiroto Yamawaki and I am the representative of Cross Trading Co., Ltd., which operates Hotel Furniture.com.
Since our establishment in 2012, we have been handling furniture, fixtures and building materials specializing in commercial facilities (especially hotels and wedding halls).
Thanks to the support of so many customers, customers, and manufacturers, we were able to reach the 9th term.
Background of establishment
Before the company was founded, the companies I worked for had three things in common.
- Complaints are commonplace because we handle cheap and bad products.
- The turnover of employees is intense, and welcome parties and pick-up parties are often held at the same time.
- The president does not have a vision for the company or cannot show it to employees.
- I have also seen many local hotels and wedding halls that are going out of business due to the competition to attract customers.
For the above reasons, of course, there was no repeat, and the company was always looking for new customers.
From such an experience, we decided to start a business with two strong thoughts, "I want to create a company that loves customers and is loved by customers!" And "I want to help liven up local hotels and wedding halls and attract more people!"I was there.
Corporate goals
Due to the spread of the new coronavirus in 2020, the Olympic and Paralympic Games will be postponed to 2021.
It has had a huge impact on the hotel and tourism industry, but the Japanese and global economies are expected to recover in a year or two.
Now that prices are low and the yen is strong due to the current economic downturn, we are confident that our high-cost products can be useful to our customers.
We will do our utmost to help the guest rooms to be selected by business travelers and tourists when the economy recovers.
Our medium- to long-term goals are to sell unique products around the world that combine the high quality of Japanese hospitality and manufacturing with overseas manufacturing costs and high design, and by 2025, we will sell both Japan and overseas.
We would like to increase the sales ratio to 50% each.
We will continue to help our customers with integrity and speed.

In the third year, he was appointed captain of the Kendo club and put together 50 members. When he sees why he was appointed captain, he gets mixed feelings when he hears that he is appointed not by the ability of kendo but by the power of command and excitement.

Graduated from the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Economics, University of Toyama
She decides to go to Toyama because she was taken care of in high school. She is interested in management and goes on to the business administration department. Her club activities continue to play soccer with the athletic club Kendo club for four years. He is appointed deputy captain in the Kendo club. He also has three part-time jobs and also devotes himself to snowboarding.

I received a job offer from three companies, Taisei Corporation, Sumitomo Forestry, and Ichijo Construction Company, but I chose Ichijo Construction Company, which is not so well known. I have a habit of seeking a spirit of challenge rather than stability in order to drive myself.

Transferred to the company's Philippines headquarters
As a manager of about 120 local staff, he handles ordering work for Japanese contractors and CAD design of floor heating laying drawings. Acquire various qualifications, managing ability, and English by staying in the field for about 3 years.
